He has successfully led organizations and human resources functions through large-scale transformations. Haven owned and operated a Chevrolet dealership in South Carolina and has served as a board member for non-profit for-profit organizations.
His technology acumen and human resource process knowledge and experience inspired the development of ERG Insight™ and Strategy Lighthouse™ — cloud applications in support of diversity and inclusion efforts .
